Where do you ship?
To the United States and Canada. Pick your country at the top of the site and every price, shipping cost and delivery date on the site follows it. The Landing Pad litter mat ships to US addresses only.
How long does delivery take?
In the US, Standard delivery usually arrives in 9–16 business days. In Canada, 8–14 business days. Both include a few days for us to prepare your order, and each product page shows the dates.
What does shipping cost?
In the US it’s free on orders of US$49 or more and on every kit, and US$4.95 below that. In Canada it’s free on orders of CA$69 or more and on every kit, and CA$6.95 below that.
Which currency will I pay in?
US dollars for US addresses and Canadian dollars for Canadian addresses. Checkout confirms it from your shipping address.
Will my kit arrive in one box?
Yes. Kit items are packed together and ship in one box with one tracking number.
Where do orders ship from?
Most orders ship from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse overseas; a few products ship from its US warehouse. US orders ship on lines that include import duties, so there’s normally nothing to pay at the door. Canadian parcels are cleared through customs by our partner’s carrier and normally arrive with nothing to pay, though a carrier may occasionally ask for GST/HST or a handling fee.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while your parcel is on its way.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send you a return label; its cost comes off your refund.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll work it out with you.
Are the photos real?
Product photos show the actual products we ship. Fig, the type plates, the room and the films are illustrations made for Purrbly. They are not customer photos or evidence of product testing.
How do the match scores work?
Your seven quiz answers add points to seven instincts. Those scores pick a playful type and rank products. A match score is a shopping guide, not a promise your cat will love something.
Do I need the quiz to shop?
No. Browse and buy anything freely. The quiz adds the personal layer and creates a Passport stored on this browser.
Can I add more than one cat?
Yes. Add another Passport from the Passport page and switch between cats to see each one’s matches.
Where is my cat’s data saved?
Names, quiz scores, special dates, owned items and bag contents live in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us. When you check out, Shopify handles your order details under our privacy policy.
